Full Recruitment Service (From Job Specification To Placement)

Pre-Selection Process & Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS)

Agency will source for the required candidates based on the requirements/job order of the clients.
All qualified applicants will undergo Initial Interview and submit initial requirements such as Updated Resume, & Valid Passport. Agency will also secure their Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS) before taking the next process.

Trade-test (Optional)

Applicants who passed initial screening will take Trade-test. (Depends on the requirement of the Employer and on the Job Vacancies that the applicant is applying for.)

Final Interview & Selection

Applicants who passes Initial Screening and Trade-test will be presented to the Employer for Final Interview & Selection.

Medical Test & Background Checking

Selected Applicants will undergo Medical Test here in the Philippines and result will be sent to the Employer as part of Visa Processing.
Background Checking is optional depends on the Employers request or requirements.

Visa Processing

Selected Applicants will have to submit all necessary Documents along with the Medical Certificate (Certifying that the Applicant is fit to work) for Visa Processing.

Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)

A Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) to worker is being done by the PDOS Center through agency before deployment.

Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) & Ticket Booking Confirmation

OEC will be process and release by the POEA as part of the Immigration Exit Clearance. Booking of ticket for the worker(s) is done after the release of the OEC.

Orientation & Briefing of Worker(s)

Final orientation and briefing to worker before departure is done by the Agency.
Employer must update the Agency on the status and workers arrival in the job site.
